We’re super proud to be a small mom-and-pop, family owned, “New Kind of Rug Store and so Much More” right here in the heart of New York’s Westchester County. With our business growing across nation and internationally, we opened up shop to offer a local presence in January 2015 by occupying the renovated 1930s barn perched off Katonah Avenue, Katonah. What an amazing experience to date!We are ecstatic, elated, and so, so, so appreciative to have been shown the love back by being voted Best Of. Come join us for a celebration in New Rochelle New York on July 22nd held at the Glen Island Club.

It’s official – Old New House LLC opens to the public by appointment with a selection of hand knotted rugs from around the globe! Owners Melissa and David Dilmaghani feature an inventory of Oriental Rugs in most any texture and aesthetic, including distressed vintage rugs, Beni Ourain Moroccan carpets, Kilim Blankets, fragment textiles, in addition to collectible antique Persian rugs and carpets of cut pile in wool, cotton and silk.
